A wonderful trip to Flores with Elvis!
We visited this beautiful island in 2018 with our 3 teenagers (8 days from Maumere to Labuhan Bajo, via Riung and Waerebo + 2 days to Komodo/Rinca).
Elvis is a good guide, a safe driver, a funny man and a good musician 🙂
He loves his island and knows all the good places. We learned a lot of interesting things about the locals, traditions, nature and met some very nice people thanks to him.

We loved the authenticity of this island. It was an amazing and unforgettable trip for the five of us.

Elvis was in August 2023 our private driver and local guide for 6 days / 5 nights. He was hired by our travel agency. It quickly turned out that Elvis is a very competent local guide, who also knows a lot about the local ceremonies and customs due to his affiliation to the Bajawa Tribe. With his background as a civil engineer, he also has a lot of knowledge about the rest of Indonesia (politics, environmental protection, etc.) and it was always a pleasure to discuss with him. His driving was very good and appropriate in every situation.

Next time on Flores we will definitely book directly with Elvis!

We spent five unforgettable days in October 2025 exploring Flores with Elvis, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an excellent driver, speaks very fluent English, and made everything feel easy and smooth. Elvis seems to know everyone on the island, which added a personal and authentic touch to our trip. He always took the time to explain things clearly and answer our questions. Ende Oktober 2025 war ich 6 Tage und 5 Nächte  mit Elvis auf einer Tour von Labuan  Bajo nach Ende. Die Tour kann ich nur empfehlen. Durch einen Zufall war er mein Fahrer und Guide. Er hat mich gemütlich und ohne Stress durch Flores gefahren. Die mir wichtigen  Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte ich, Dank ihm, alle besuchen. Ich habe viel von der Insel gesehen. Auch war er  ein angenehmer Gesprächspartner mit einem guten Wissen über Land und Leute. Ich kann die Inlandstour mit ihm nur wärmstens empfehlen, jede Rupiah  war gut angelegt. Es war eine wirklich schöne  und erlebnisreiche Zeit.
